KOLBE COLLEGE

ASCOT GROUP were engaged to undertake construction of a new Maintenance Facility at Kolbe College, Greenvale in early 2016.
Works comprised of site excavation, new ground slab, structural steel, purpose built maintenance shed and internal refurbishment of existing
office areas. The site was controlled as not to interrupt the daily activities
of the existing school.
